Instead of promoting a strict dietary shift, ECO EAT introduces the concept of flexitarian eating — a more inclusive and flexible approach. Through playful interaction, menu integration, and real-time feedback, it aims to challenge stereotypes about vegan food and lower the barrier for trying plant-based options.
